Material: G-Carta (by G.L. Hansen & Sons)
Fitment: Knafs Original Lulu

This set highlights the natural layering and depth that makes G-Carta such an incredible material. Each cut reveals something different—and this one turned out too good not to share.

⚙️ How They’re Made

Each set goes through a hands-on process in my Utah shop:

• Material is carefully selected and oriented for best visual outcome
• Layout is precision-marked using laser-guided positioning
• CNC machined for accurate fit and clean geometry
• Hand-finished to bring out color, depth, and texture
• Matched as a left/right set

No mass production—just focused, small-batch craftsmanship.
