Welcome to Mountain Path Design. By accessing this website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Use

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

You agree not to use our products for unlawful purposes or in violation of any local, state, or federal laws.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time
  • Limit quantities
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason

Product descriptions and specifications are provided to the best of our knowledge but may be updated without notice.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom products (including engraved scales, epoxy-filled designs, and modified builds) are made to order.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Custom items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

4. Knife Sales

You are responsible for knowing and complying with your local laws regarding knife ownership and carry.

Mountain Path Design is not responsible for misuse of products.

5. Digital Products

Digital downloads (STL files, PDFs, or other digital content) are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise specified.

Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

We are not responsible for user errors related to file usage, printing, or programming.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

7. Shipping & Processing

Processing times vary between in-stock and custom items.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.

We are not responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier’s possession.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our published Return Policy.

Custom and modified items are final sale unless defective.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mountain Path Design is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss of use
  • Personal injury resulting from misuse of products
  • Improper installation or modification

All products are used at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, files, and branding are the property of Mountain Path Design unless otherwise noted.

You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute digital files or original designs without written permission.

Knafs® is a registered trademark of Knafs LLC. Mountain Path Design is an authorized dealer and independent accessory manufacturer.
