These genuine Knafs Lander 2 Moondust Micarta scales were removed from a brand-new knife and transformed with Mountain Path Design's custom Desert Horizon laser engraving.

The design stretches across the scales with a southwestern desert scene featuring mesas, cacti, fencing, and a rising sun.

The engraving interacts beautifully with the natural green tones and texture of the Moondust Micarta, giving the scene depth and a worn-in desert aesthetic.

These scales have never been carried or used. They were removed from a new knife specifically for customization.

The Desert Horizon pattern was designed to take advantage of the natural character of micarta rather than cover it up.

Precision laser engraving creates the landscape directly in the surface of the material, allowing the underlying texture and color variations to become part of the finished scene.

These are original Knafs Lander 2 Moondust Micarta scales, not newly manufactured aftermarket scales.

They were removed from a brand-new Lander 2 before use and then custom laser engraved at Mountain Path Design.

This gives you genuine factory fitment combined with an MPD design that isn't available on the standard knife.
