These scales are based on a refined model that improves fit and surface quality over the original open-source file.

🛠 Designed for Better Fit & Finish

We’ve made several process improvements to ensure a higher-quality part:

• Modified scale geometry for improved strength and finish
• Screw holes drilled after printing for tighter tolerances and better durability
• Printed on a textured build plate for a clean, consistent surface finish
• No support material required during printing
• Clean underside finish (including under screw heads)

We believe in showing the full part — not just the pretty angles.

🎨 Material & Custom Options

These scales are printed in PLA.

Please note:

• PLA should not be left in direct sunlight or high heat
• Excessive temperatures may cause distortion

If you’re interested in more heat-resistant materials (PETG, Nylon, etc.), reach out for a custom order.
